Thank you for visiting the Bethesda Health Group Foundation website. The primary purpose of the Foundation is to generate financial support for the mission of Bethesda Health Group and those it serves. Charitable contributions to the Foundation fund capital improvements; help to bridge the gap between what Medicaid and third party payers cover and the actual cost of providing quality care in our nursing homes; support for the charity care we provide that allows our residents to stay in their Bethesda residence even if they have depleted their assets.
